Why $NVDA dropped after it released its Q3 financial report?

I beat all market indexes again because $TSLA +10.20%. I sold some to take profits and still held 8 $TSLA. I’m willing to sell more when it rises above 505 or buy some when it drops to 450 or below. Actually, $TSLA has always been my first frequently-traded stock. I already bought and sold it “72” times with the profit probability up to 100%! $TSLA is a good investment for both day traders and long-term investors.

$NVDA just released its 2020 Q3 financial report on Nov 18 aftermarket. The report was pretty satisfactory that its actual EPS and revenue were both higher than expected. However, $NVDA still dropped when the report was released because it intended to acquire ARM with 40 billion dollars. $NVDA ‘s current asset is only 25.1 billion, which means that this acquisition will be a huge burden. Besides, if $NVDA decides to acquire with an all-stock deal, the value per share will be diluted, and therefore the price per share will drop. However, there is no doubt that $NVDA is a strong and prospective company. For me, any price correction is a good chance to buy some. I currently have 3 $NVDA, and my budget for it is 8.

英偉達(輝達)剛於11/18盤後發布第三季度財報。這份財報算是非常令人滿意，大幅擊敗預期每股收益以及預期收入。然而，在財報發布後英偉達的股價仍然下跌，主要原因可能是其對ARM的收購案。英偉達打算以400億美金收購ARM，而英偉達目前的資產只有251億美金，因此若真要收購，這將對其是個很大的負擔；如果英偉達打算用股票收購的話，每股股票的價值也會被稀釋，因此導致股價繼續下跌。然而，英偉達毫無疑問的是一間頂尖且成長力十足的公司，因此對我來說，任何股價回調都是一個很好的買入機會。目前我擁有3倉英偉達，而我的預算為8倉。
